We've searched and found a wide range of tillage options from proven manufacturers from around the world like Ilgi and Rolmako. All offer multi purpose tillage equipment, capable of tasks from light soil tilth and stubble preparation, through to complete primary cultivation.

These rugged tillage machines are available in a wide range of sizes, providing your farm with the perfect machine suitable for a wide range of tractor power options. Some machines even able to work at speeds as high as 15 kph. More speed means much more ground can be cultivated in a shorter period of time and using less fuel, making the machine more cost effective.

Plus different working widths are available, from 2.5 metres thought to 6 metres (folding to a narrow 2.8m for easy transport). Most machines come with a host of options such as fixed or trailing, drawbar options and standard cage roller but can be optioned to the disc roller.

The Superior G mulching disc harrow is a disc tiller that is well suited for soil cultivation post-harvest but can additionally be used in seedbed cultivation. The Superior 1000G model consists of a solid and simple frame, equipped with solid section frames, a transport axle, and a drawbar with a lug for towing. It’s equipped with two rows of tillage discs with a diameter of 610mm all mounted on quiet rubber blocks. The crumbling roller is available in various types (if pre-ordered). The optimal working depth is up to 18cm which makes the cultivator suitable for minimisation technology, regular ploughing, or pasture revitalisation.

SMS Superior G Disc Tiller 8m

The Superior version of the mulching disc harrow is a tool for basic soil cultivation after harvest, but the machine can also be used in seedbed cultivation. The Superior 800G version consists of the basic frame, equipped with the frame of sections, transport axle and a drawbar with a lug for connection with the pulling vehicle. The frames of sections are equipped with two rows of discs with a diameter of 610 mm on rubber silent blocks. The crumbling roller is available in a variable version (if pre-ordered). Optimal working depth is up to 18 cm which makes the cultivator suitable for minimisation technology, classic ploughing system or grassland revitalisation.

The Rolmako U-671 Pro is the biggest and most aggressive disc tiller in the range.
