A notice to our valued customers

Considering the recent moves from the State Government regarding the seven day lockdown we are changing the way we operate until this lockdown has been lifted.

There are two main reasons we are making these choices for our safety and for yours

We have a small team of employees and network of suppliers who are critical to our business and we place a high value on providing a safe workplace for them and their families so that they and us can continue to work and trade.

We are aware that many of our customers live outside of Ballarat in small communities where there are no cases COVID 19 and we want to take every precaution to ensure that we are doing everything we can to keep our customers, their families and their communities healthy and safe.

Here is how we are changing the way we trade in order to do so above and beyond the current COVID 19 safe practices we already have in place

Deliveries - are to be made in the designated delivery zone outside the front roller door

Parts Shipping – where practical we will post/freight parts this is our preferred method of parts transactions

Parts Collection – this will be done in the designated pick up area out the front of the building, these will be clearly named

Parts Interpretation & Service Advice –if you require to speak to someone about parts in person this will be done by phoning ahead we will meet you outside at your vehicle, please call us when you have arrived so that we can come to you

New & Used Machinery Inspections – will be by appointment only

Service Work – we will continue to travel to machines were it is impractical for the machinery to be returned to us for repairs

We will not allow any person other than staff to enter the building

I again apologise that this might make things more inconvenient for you but we want to play our part in reducing the spread.

Thank you for your understanding during this challenge we look forward to catching up with our customers in person when it is safe to do so.
