US-made bins offered by Oz Value

Oz Value Ag offers a range of chaser bins which are made in Ohio, United States, by the Unverferth family. Unverferth owns and manufactures Brent, Killbros and Parker chaser bins in North America.

The range covers an 1138 model (38 cubic metres capacity or about 30 tonnes of wheat) on a single axle, an 830 (30 cubic metres) and a 1242 model which is 42 cubic metres capacity.

The biggest offered in the range is a tandem axle, 70 cubic metre capacity bin (which can also be on tracks).

Design is the same throughout the range with a ladder style, welded chassis and bolt-together bin.

Standard features include a manual jack stand, tool box, floor and unload auger and a twin-chain drive feeding a custom-made gearbox.

The augers are computer balanced and run at 1000rpm with unload rate managed by floor auger gates which function from a linkage set up in the bin.

Load cells (DigiStar) are also standard with one located on each side of the single axle and one on the drawbar.

PTO drive is standard and hydraulic drive is an option. A roll tarp is also standard as well as an ‘oversize’ sign and road light kit.

Tyre options start with 800mm wide rubber and tracks are available as an option.
